The way this beauty flows when you walk and twirl around is beyond words!  It is really heavy, so it is perfect for when you need an extra layer, but do not want to commit to a coat. 

It does not have any stretch, so I recommend the following:

Small/Medium: Sizes 4-8

Large/X-Large: Sizes 10-14
